Pearl Before

This is a picture of my rough gem of a postwar ranch house in Central Phoenix.  She needs work.  This blog will follow the revitalization of my little cottage and some DIY projects along the way.

    The house is actually on Earll St. When I think of Earll I have a vision of a crusty unshaven man, so the nickname is Pearl.
